What is the smallest eye that the Molteno3 can be used to treat?

The Molteno3 175 implant can be used on eyes with axial length 17 mm or greater (a normal eye has an axial length of approximately 22mm). For eyes smaller than this the paediatric  Molteno Implant may be used.
